微軟 DevOps day 2015 速記

快速記一下今天聽老師們聊 DevOps 的心得，詳細錄影等 channel9 了。
軟體開發跟 flamenco 的共通點是，都需要每種東西都學一點，都很混雜。

 1. 你看這幾年電子商務已經搶奪了傳統產業的生意了。2008 年我剛去北京，冷得要命，一下飛機趕快去那個什麼店買電暖爐。
 現在呢，誰還去實體商店買！都用掏寶，京東在線什麼的。
 最近中國的雙十一購物節剛過，掏寶一天交易多少多少億，銀聯應該樂死了吧？錯，這完全沒有銀聯的事情。掏寶直接跟商店（銀行？）結帳了，完全被掏寶賺走。
大家掏寶剩下來的錢放在「餘額寶」，掏寶就可以直接開銀行了。

 2. 傳統產業，不管是零售業或是銀行，都想要搞 IT 服務，可是這件事情無法外包。
 你傳統產業不能把電子商務用「專案」形式外包出去，你得把把它當作你的主要服務。不能想說不就做個網站吧？有什麼難的？
 如果這不難，你的外包商就直接自己做這個服務啦，還輪得到你零售業做喔？
 所以這年頭，電子商務已經變成很多企業的主要業務了，說到底，每一家公司都是軟體業。

 3. 我們為了 web development 弄了 visual studio code, 那是大神 Erich Gamma 弄的…

我覺得大家剛剛兩場都沒有笑，表情很苦的樣子，所以我特地寫了這個「笑」字。
剛剛這兩場中間為什麼都沒有休息？這樣效率會比較好嗎？還是比較「敏捷」？
其實我有一點小小抱怨：我已經連續四周的週末，因為社群活動而犧牲掉爬山了。我覺得這樣非常不好，這是違反敏捷精神的，雖然說社群是很有熱情…
我剛剛聽了前面兩場，有一些心得回饋，我就寫了這些便利貼，我一個一個講。
我上班一天要寫一百多張便利貼。

身為軟體工程師，不要太介意「寫出 bug」這件事情。你寫程式一定會產生 bug.
我們應該介意的是「產生的 bug 數量超出預期」這件事情，如果都還在控制範圍之內，不嚴重，那就是 priority low.
那要怎麼知道這件事情？就要靠資訊透明。靠 crash dump report. 靠 unit test result. 靠 code coverage.
你們看這張圖表，顯示隨著時間增加， check-in 不斷增加，unit test failure 增加，code coverage 減少，這表明大家這段時間在趕工，
品質已經下降了。

早上 Ruddy 老師說我漏講了一個例子：各位你們知道哪種汽車品牌被專業評鑑為「品質最佳」的汽車嗎？這可不是我亂說的。
BMW? Ford? 錯，是 Toyota 豐田.
Toyota 的車子就像是，可以大概在免費保固的里程跟年限剛剛過一點點的時候，就很準確的壞掉。
他的品質是很穩定的、可預期的。
所以我們講到 Scrum 裡面的 "Definition of Done"，就是「跟客戶約定好的品質標準」。
品質永遠不夠好啊！如果品質的標準不先訂好，那麼大家都加班加不完。

如何找到中文 flamenco 資料

撇步第一條：愛用雙引號。
如果直接在 google search 輸入「Del convento las campanas」，我們會看到：

約有 790,000 項結果
七十九萬筆！雖然前面幾頁的相關度還是蠻高，但數字很嚇人。


但如果加上雙引號呢？
在 google search 輸入「"Del convento las campanas"」，我們會看到：

這個數字就好多了。

而且我們可以確定，出來的結果都是在講這首歌的。（可能會是不同年代的 Chacon 或 Mayte Martin 版本 Serenoke）

加上雙引號的功能是，告訴 google search 說：「我們只要搜尋這四個字，並且照著這個順序的。必須是 Del convento las campanas 依序出現。
campanas, las del convento  這樣不照順序的，我們不需要」。
於是大概有七十九萬筆裡面有 convento, campanas, las 分開出現在文章不同角落的資料，都被過濾掉了。

雙引號搜尋用在中文也是有用的。
如果我們試著搜尋「佛朗明哥 將軍」，那麼得到的第一筆會是佛朗哥將軍的資料，因為我們並沒有告訴 google search 說，「佛朗明哥」這四個字必須依照順序，所以它會把「佛」「朗」「明」「哥」「將」「軍」分開來排列組合去搜尋，到最後得到那位西班牙獨裁者。




撇步第二條：限定中文網頁。

就在 google search 「搜尋框」的下面，有一些幫助讓搜尋結果更精準的選項。（我是使用筆電 chrome 看網頁，所以不確定手機版的選項會放在哪邊）

選"搜尋工具"->"語言"->"所有中文網頁"
搜尋結果會更大幅縮小，而且我們可能會找到一些被「使用中文的人」整理過的網頁，像是：

假設大家讀完上一篇文章，已經實際操作過鋼琴鍵盤彈出 sound of music 那首歌了。

接下來我們試著來彈一下 Caña 這種曲式，它是一種跟 Solea 很像的東西。
光讀是沒用的，趕快把鋼琴鍵盤拿出來按。

Caña 的特徵旋律：
mi fa sol fa mi,
mi fa sol fa mi,
fa mi sol fa,
re mi fa mi.
（如果沒聽過 Caña 的同學，可以參考 Alicia 小姐唱 caña:

彈完這段我們會發現，這一串只用了 mi, fa, sol, la 加上最後一句的 re.
使用的也是鋼琴上的白鍵，沒有黑鍵。
只是這系列的白鍵是從 Mi 開始，跟從 Do 開始的大調不同。
它的順序是 "Mi Fa Sol La Si Do Re Mi".

這七個白鍵順序，就叫做 Phrygian 音階，它們可以組成大部分的 flamenco 歌曲旋律。


就拿 Tango 來說吧，也是這一串 Mi 排第一個的音階組成的。

自己用小鍵盤打出來，試試看：

Fandango de Huelva 每一段歌詞開始前那一段，也是用 Phrygian 音階：
mi mi mi la la la,
sol fa mi mi mi.

試驗到此我們會發現，這兩個例子最後都會回到 mi, 也就是 Phrygian 音階的第一個音。
音階的第一個音，我們叫它主音(Tonic)。
這一點跟前一篇的真善美歌曲一樣，Julie 她在歌曲最後最後帶我們回到了大調的第一個音，Do.
（雖然它可能是「高八度」的 Do）


於是我們會發現：
一段 12拍或 4拍一個 compas 的 flamenco 音樂，有時最後會回到主音。
就好像是寫文章寫到一句的後面，會寫一個句點「。」一樣。
反過來說，如果文章裡一句話沒有下句點，我們知道這句話還沒有結束。
如果一段音樂沒有回到主音，我們也知道這段音樂還沒有結束。所以舞者要等它結束，等它的句點。


p.s. 其實每一段歌最後回到的是 I 一級和弦，但是這邊扯到和弦就太多了，暫且用單音來看。

給 Flamenco 舞者的樂理淺談:Phrygian mode（真的很淺！） Part 1: 大調

有一個我們台灣的 flamenco 舞者常常會遇到的問題是：「不知道歌手/吉他手什麼時候唱完一段歌，讓我可以準備做 llamada」。

上課時，教師們考慮到同學們不是每個人都懂樂理，只能用比較模糊的「當旋律『降下來』的時候，變得『比較低』的時候」……到底要降到哪裡呢？到底能多低呢？只能憑感覺。
「多聽」或是「乾脆把歌學到可以哼唱出來」成為一種可行的建議。

由於我們大都不是從小浸在 flamenco 音樂中，起步已經很晚。
為了加速這些聽懂歌的過程，更精確的聽懂 flamenco 歌，本篇文章要解釋一項幫助我們明確聽懂旋律進行的工具，就是接下來要談的簡單樂理：Phrygian mode, 中文叫做「弗里吉安調」。


在認識 Phrygian 調之前，我們要先複習一個大家都知道的調，叫做大調。
有請經典電影「真善美(The Sound of Music)」裡面的 Julie Andrews 小姐，為大家示範一下。

它只使用了鋼琴上這八個白鍵，一個黑鍵都沒用到，而且其中 Do 還是重複的。

這個時候我們應該停下來，在網路上找一個免費的鍵盤軟體來試試看，「自己親手」彈出真善美那首歌的任何一小段。

「自己親手彈出來」是最重要的，不實際操作就學不會。
跟跳舞一樣，光是在後面看別人做而自己不動起來，看十年也學不會，像是下面這個會自動演奏 真善美 的網站就沒幫助。
而且它還有五線譜，那麼先進的東西誰看得懂。
